Our Organizational Structure
The organizational structure for WFP Construction reflects our strategic intent to address market requirements that provide customers with evolving services in an economic environment that drives commoditization of products and services while demanding lower cost structures and faster response. Tactical alignment has been accomplished by a shift from a hierarchical structure to a team structure. As you will see reflected in WFP Construction, organizational structure, there are five key teams:
Leadership Team
Responsible for the strategic performance of WFP Construction and organized to include four Task Team Leaders and eleven activity leaders.
Decision Making Team
Responsible for the tracking of key metrics and financial assets. This team incorporates cross functional personnel in creating, maintaining and educating the organization on key metric performance including our financial performance.
Development Team
Responsible for customer relationships and structured to include a cross functional representation of individuals that are intimate with market development, delivery requirements, and financial performance;
Learning/Growth Team
Responsible for the attraction, orientation, and continuous development of personnel throughout the organization. This team has been organized with cross functional resources from our entire company that bring their expertise to assuring we can assign the “best” people to the “best” opportunities.
Delivery Team
Responsible for assuring delivery of commitments in the most productive and efficient manners. This team is chartered with representation of cross functional experts that are focused on the customer experience, productivity of staff and resources, optimization of financial assets, and continuous improvement;
